Wayne Healy is a co-founder of the East Los Streetscrapers. In addition to being a muralist, Healy also worked in the aerospace industry, earning a degree from the California Polytechnic University. He was a awarded a grant in 1992, by the Joint Spanish/U.S Committee for Educational and Cultural Cooperation to paint murals in Barcelona, Spain.
