Designed by Emily Winters, assisted by Judith Foster. Painted by Jaya, a Women Artists Collective. On the left side a bulldozer tears down a house with someone in it. The other side shows how the Venice canals would be developed under the nurturing care of the residents theselves. The word Jaya in Sanscrit means non-violent victory.
