Description / Interpretation: 

3 panels. Portraits of three older women-a Mexican, a Cambodian, and an African. Those are the ethnicities of the people living in this neighborhood. Beside each portrait are symbols of their cultures, including native plants, textiles, and crafts. A Mural Mentor Project. Also mounted at this site is smaller panel, called 'Endangered Species', done in 1992 by Michelle Salcedo. Assistants: Dareth Morm and Michelle Saucedo.
