"This mural was originally funded by the Los Angeles Conservation Corp and the Cesar Chavez Foundation. The intent of the mural was to educate the community of the cultural significance of Cesar Chavez, this was after the name change of Brooklyn to Cesar Chavez." - Zender. Two Panels.
