Description / Interpretation: 

Hui-Xiang Xiao, assisted by José Torres, Patricia Mclaughlin, Syou-Ding Chiou, Zhang Fang, Jian Wen Ma, and Myron Chew. Chinese youth, led by the mythological phoenix, move toward a future of peace, happiness, and progress. In Chinese culture the phoenix brings good luck and prosperity.
