Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles

Designed by Devin Tani. Assisted by Cheri Miller. Commissioned by Carl Kemp and Associated Students. Mural located in University Student Union. The circular script reads: “Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned: that until there are no longer 1^st and 2^nd class citizens of any nation; until the color of mans skin is of no more significance than the color of our eyes; until that day the dream of lasting peace world citizenship will remain a fleeting illusion to be pursued.” - Him Emporer Haile Salassie I (Oct 6, 1969)
