Description / Interpretation: 

(The Fifth Sun) An allegory about Los Angeles, featuring a woman pregnant with the future. She is surrounded by references to street culture. The mural is also a tribute to the art of fresco with representations of Michaelangelo's Creation scene on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, and modern works by Mexican masters Diego Rivera and David Alfaro Siqueiros.
