An award-winning graduate of the University of Southern California, Drinning has exhibited her prismacolor drawings at galleries in Santa Monica and Los Angeles. Her cultural heritage is three-quarters American Indian (Choctaw and Cherokee). Drinning's 1991 SPARC commission was her first mural project.(Robin K.
