Mary Beth "MB" Hanrahan. This native southern Californian earned a master's degree in sculpture from Humboldt State University. Hanrahan has worked in a variety of media including photography, the graphic arts, and set design. She has done numerous murals, often with youth, in Ventura, where she lives. In 1994-1995 Hanrahan and artist Michael Mora headed up the 500-foot-long Tortilla Flats Mural and Reunion Project, which documented in paint the history of a Latino neighborhood that had been wiped out in the 1950s when the 101 Freeway was constructed. (Robin K.
