Lydiaemily is a fine artist, muralist and street activist. As the daughter of a civil rights protester, activism runs in her blood. She makes art because she believes that being in the public eye comes with a profound social responsibility. Her motto is "Art can do more than hang, it can help." In 2012 Lydiaemily founded The Karma Underground a not for profit that aids a free Tibet. Her work has been featured nationally and worldwide with shows in Milan Italy, Berlin Germany, Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, and San Francisco.
