Isabel Mora immigrated to the United States in 1975 from Tijuana, Mexico. Her works often involve collaborations with other artists, or community youth. Themes of childhood innocence and community strength are prevalent in her work. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in fine arts. (Robin K.
