Charles W. “Cat” Felix was implemental in the creation of the Estrada Court murals and was a prominent aspect of the Chicano mural movement in the 70’s. He was a self-taught artist who also did nail relief artworks. (Robin K. Dunitz, Street Gallery, Guide to over 1000 Los Angeles Murals)
