Born in Oaxaca, Mexico he discovered a love for art making during his childhood seeing and helping his father create wood furniture from beginning to end. He came to the United States during his teens and worked and studied at night. Self taught in computer design and photography he began freelancing designing flyers, invitations, websites and covering small events. He earned his AA degree in graphic design and now works toward his BFA. Noe is an intern at ADC Contemporary Art Gallery where he has assisted in the installation of several international shows including the Bicentennial show at the General Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles.
